Watch and learn how to make Eggless Black Forest Cake recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Black Forest Cake is a delicious looking creamy cake that is easy to bake at home during any party. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />For Cake <br />150 gms Butter <br />400 gms Condensed Milk <br />3 tbsp Milk <br />1 tbsp Vanilla Essence <br />200 gms All Purpose Flour <br />3 tbsp Cocoa Powder <br />1 & 1/2 tbsp Soda Bicarb <br /> <br />For Decoration <br />Chocolate Flakes <br />Whipped Cream <br />Cherry <br />Sugar Syrup <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Pre heat your oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. <br />- In a mixing bowl add butter, condensed milk, milk and vanilla essence. With the help of an electric hand beater mix everything well for 5 minutes. <br />- Then add sifted all purpose flour, cocoa powder and soda bicarb. Mix everything with a spatula. Then mix everything with a hand beater for 5 minutes. <br />- Transfer this batter into a greased cake tin. <br />- Put the cake tin in the oven and let it bake on 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes. <br />- Take out the cake and let it cool down completely. <br />- Divide the cake in three portions as shown in the video. <br />- Take the top most layer and apply sugar syrup to it. <br />- Then apply whipped cream and also layer it with chocolate flakes. <br />- Then put the middle layer and follow the same step. <br />- Place the last layer and again apply sugar syrup and whipped cream. <br />- Coat the entire cake with whipped cream. Apply chocolate flakes on the sides and put some on the top. Decorate the cake as per your choice. <br />- Put cherries on top to finish the decoration. <br />- Eggless Black Forest Cake is ready to be relished!
